Our Mission
Colossians 1:28 Him we proclaim, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ.
Our mission is to glorify God in proclaiming Jesus Christ as Saviour & Lord to all people and disciple Christians to maturity in Christlikeness.
Our Vision
- We envision a worshipful people. A people who worship God with reverence and awe in spirit and in truth. A people who will extol Christ as King and who will bless His name forever and ever.
- We envision a people relating in true Christian fellowship. A people who know Christ and is known by Him. A people transformed to the likeness of Christ, who share in God’s goodness, delight in His kindness and is filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit.
- We envision a people humbled by grace. A people devoted to Christ and dedicated in prayer. A people filled with and transformed by the Spirit of Truth, who stand on the Word of Truth and are unashamed in the proclamation of God’s Truth. A people sanctified by the Word of Truth.
- We envision a people equipped and edified for every good work of service. A people united in the faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ. A people who walk by faith, are known for their love and are steadfast in their hope in Him.
- We envision a people ignited by grace. A people who care about the eternal destiny of those who are lost. A people who actively love the lost with the Good News of Jesus Christ, and who seek to transform our city, our state, our country, even our world one soul at a time for God’s glory and their good.
We use the word GRACE as an acronym to summarise our commitments in fulfilling our mission.

- C – Commit to Love Others through Prayer and Service
- E – Engage the World in Evangelism
I commit to glorifying God through my reverent worship of
Jesus Christ as my personal Saviour and Lord, through my full and faithful participation in the weekly worship services, through my loving obedience to Christ and my loving care of others.
I commit to maintain fellowship with others of GBF in sharing our precious relationship with
God through Christ. I commit to partner in the Gospel ministry
by financially supporting the ministry at GBF through faithful giving.
I commit to pursue Christlikeness in maintaining my personal spiritual disciplines and in the active participation in our small group ministry.
I commit myself to active discipleship, in making disciples and being discipled by others as commanded by the Lord Jesus.
I commit to regularly pray for the leadership and the church body of GBF.
I commit to serve the Lord, by serving His people for their edification by shouldering weekly Kingdom responsibility in the generous giving of my time, resources, gifts, and abilities as the Lord enables.
I commit to be salt and light for Christ and the Gospel wherever I am, to actively pray and seek the salvation of the lost through the bold proclamation of the Good News of Jesus Christ.
We gather for inspiration, fellowship, and guidance in the meaning of Christian discipleship.
